• What do we so far know about hybrid threats and the maritime domain?

1000–1130 Ports as a source of vitality for nations, the EU and NATO
• How do we define port activities and stakeholders in the hybrid context?
What are the decisive vulnerabilities to be tackled? What are the relevant
trends of change?
• EU policies and funding programmes, agencies and other stakeholders
• NATO policies and stakeholders
• Business insight: in terms of port vulnerabilities, what are the
requirements for administration and policy to be pursued? What are the
potential emerging technology and business solutions to be pursued?

• How do we define shipping and stakeholders in the hybrid context? What
are the relevant trends of change? What are the decisive vulnerabilities to

invitation is also extended to the relevant national and international enterprises, as well as relevant
governmental and international organizations recognized so far. Join us and make sure your
organisation’s interests will be represented in the upcoming workstrands during 2018–2019!
